Security Deposit
Security Deposit of 3% on the total license fee shall be collected in advance and shall be refundable after the event while finalizing the bill.
1). Mounting from 2 p.m. onwards.
2). Dismantling after the event up to 2 p.m. charges is only on bare space rent.

If the hall is not vacated as per schedule, a penalty of half-a-day’s license fee will be charged up to 12.00 noon and one day’s license fee thereafter. |

Whenever the area taken for the exhibition is less than the full size of the hall, the organizer will have to provide partition up to the ceiling at the last A/c duct line lying just next to the boundary of the occupied area and the A/c charges will be collectable up to the partition area. if the organizers fail to provide the partition as above, the A/c charges will be collectable for the full area of the hall.
CONCESSION TO EXHIBITION
ORGANISERS:
30% Concession on bare space rent will be given to event organizers who book at least 4,400 sq.m for a day during the off-season i.e. form April to June. All other charges (like charges for Air - Conditioning, power, stand lighting etc.,) remain the same. This concession will be applicable upto 31-03-2009.
